RETURN POLICY:

If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@chloekristyn.com to request a return authorization number and instructions for return.

We will gladly accept unwashed, unworn merchandise in original condition for refund or exchange. Your return must be postmarked within 7 days from the date you received your order to be eligible for a full refund.

Please keep in mind we are a small business and all of our pieces are made with love and care. We inspect every piece closely before shipping and cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur after wear.

What happens if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?
We will work to resolve this problem immediately. Please email info@chloekristyn.com so we can make it right.
