Do you ship internationally?

Yes, applicable shipping rates apply. International shipping time is between 4-5 business days. In some occasions customs agents may delay delivery of some packages. All international orders are shipped using DHL with tracking information.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping is a flat rate of $5.95 for all orders. 

Shipping within the United States - $5.95 flat rate 2-5 Business Days

Canada & Puerto Rico - $20.00 4-7 Business Days

International Shipping - $25.00 4-7 Business Days

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in some occasions customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Does Chloe Kristyn offer express or overnight shipping?

All items are made to order; it will take 7-10 days to complete production of your item; however, you may select the express or overnight shipping option at checkout and your item will be shipped as soon as production is complete. If you need overnight service please email us at info@chloekristyn.com. Overnight shipping costs vary when available.

When will my items ship?

All items are made to order, especially for you. Please allow 10-14 days for your item to ship. If you need rush delivery, we will try our best to accommodate you. Please email us at info@chloekristyn.com for information on expedited production.

What delivery methods do you use?

Standard shipping is provided through DHL, USPS First Class or Priority Mail, which typically takes 2-5 business days. Should you need your order to arrive earlier for any reason, please select one of the expedited shipping options at checkout (USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express). Please note all items are made to order, especially for you. Please allow 10-14 days for your item to ship. Expedited shipping applies once your order leaves our warehouse.

Once items have been fulfilled and shipped by Chloe Kristyn, it is the responsibility of USPS to get your items to you on time. If your package is not tracking or missing, we are happy to assist you in locating the package, but we suggest contacting your local post office or reaching out to your letter carrier as the first point of contact. Once an order is in the hands of USPS, they are responsible for missing, lost or damaged packages.

How do I track my order?

Log in to your account. Each shipment will have a link to click for tracking information.

Do you have local pick-up in Dallas?

No, we don’t. As much as we’d love to meet you, our warehouse is not open to the public.

Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?

Yes! We ship United States Postal Service to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that large packages or bulky items may not be able to ship to a PO Box.

What is your return policy?

All Chloe Kristyn items are made specifically for you in a size requested by you. For this reason, all items are considered a final sale and cannot be returned for refund; however, please know that if you ever receive an order that does not meet your expectations, we'll do our best to find a solution.

Defective/flawed item(s) will be exchanged if available. If an exchange is not available, a refund will be issued.

*Items are intended for personal use and we reserve the right to limit the number of allowable returns.

What happens if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?
